The Room Remodel Planner | Printable + Fillable Digital Workbook

Plan your remodel with more clarity—and fewer expensive surprises.

A beautiful room starts long before the first tile is installed or the first wall comes down. The House & Story Room Remodel Planner was created to help you organize your ideas, make important decisions in the right order, and walk into your remodel feeling prepared.

Whether you're planning a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, or living space, this designer-created workbook gives you one place to think through the details that can easily become overwhelming during a renovation.

Inside, you'll work through your vision and priorities, inspiration and style direction, room measurements, existing conditions, scope of work, budget, contractor comparisons, finishes, lighting, plumbing, appliances, deliveries, and project notes.

Your purchase includes both versions: a printable PDF for those who love putting pen to paper, and an interactive fillable PDF you can complete and save on your computer.

Created by House & Story, this isn't about designing the “perfect” room. It's about slowing down before construction begins, asking the right questions, and creating a home that feels considered, personal, and beautifully yours.

Perfect for you if you're:

• Preparing for an upcoming remodel
• Gathering estimates from contractors
• Trying to establish a realistic project budget
• Overwhelmed by inspiration and selections
• Planning your remodel yourself but want a designer's framework
• Getting ready to work with a designer or contractor
